Dainik Bhaskar group today launched the second edition of the truly Democratic Bollywood Award of the country “Dainik Bhaskar Bollywood award”. The awards were announced by the star cast of the much awaited film Bol Bachchan.2011 witnessed the first edition of the awards where the cine stars are judged by their fans. The awards are by the public, for the public, of the public. Keeping up with its reputation of a pioneer, the group is proud to present the best thing that’s ever happened to Bollywood – the Dainik Bhaskar Bollywood Awards.

Ajay Devgan known for his great acting skills and versatility with two National awards in his kitty does not believe in the award ceremonies. But because the DB Bollywood award purely decided by the audience voting, he humbly accepted it in the 2011 edition.The most interesting part of these awards are it will not only let people choose their favorite stars as winners, but also the 10 lucky winners will get a lifetime experience by walking on the red carpet and handing over the award to the winning stars. 


Dainik Bhaskar Group has brought a fair award show where Best Character, Best Dialogues & the Hottest Item Number will also be awarded for giving their best performances. The awards will be given on performances and not just the STAR STATUS.
