Azerbaijani Journalist Made Documentary on Kashmir, Accused of Propaganda Against India
Islamabad: Azerbaijani journalist Anastasia Lavrina has made a documentary on Kashmir, named "Kashmir: The Silent Struggle". It is alleged that this documentary has been heavily propagated against India. It is being said that journalist Anastasia Lavrina has been funded by Pakistan to make this documentary on Kashmir. According to Pakistan's channel SAMAA TV, the documentary claims that Kashmiris want to unite with Pakistan.
Anastasia Lavrina, currently working with Azerbaijan's channel AnewZ, is a TV presenter, political analyst and filmmaker with almost a decade of experience in journalism. She joined AnewZ in September last year, where she currently presents her talk show "Inside Politics".
Lavrina holds a bachelor's degree in IT Management from the Azerbaijan State Economic University. She then earned two master's degrees, one in International Relations and Contemporary Politics from Coventry University, and the other in Diplomacy and International Affairs from the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy.
