April in China means flowers blooming in swathes, signifying the renewal brought by spring. In Fangniuping Village on Huaying Mountain of southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, more than 933 hectares of pear trees have blossomed. From far away, the mountain seems to be covered with a thin layer of crystal clear snow.
Meanwhile, pear blossoms in Fucheng County, north China's Hebei Province, are dancing in the light breeze. On Huangshan Mountain in east China, different spring flowers are growing at different heights. Over 100 trees of red plums have flowered at an altitude of 300 meters while magnolias reign at 800 meters amid charming pavilions.
