Sixteen newlyweds tied their knots in hot balloons over an amazing sea of rape flowers on Saturday in a southwest Chinese county.
They made their lifetime promises in the most romantic way, letting the heaven and the earth witness their most important moment in their lives. The wedding was held in the county of Tengchong, Yunan Province, where spring has already swept the county, turning the field golden yellow, presenting a sharp contrast to north China, where it is still chilly in March.The special wedding made these couples so happy. "I've been here for a while and there are rape flowers all around. But I felt the flowers especially beautiful when in the hot-air balloon," said Zhao Yufan, a new bride. "We've made a special trip here from Myanmar for the wedding, " said a bridegroom.
