Thousands of activists rallied in the southern Turkish town of Reyhanli, near the border with Syria, on Saturday (December 17) to stand in solidarity with the people of Aleppo, as thousands waited for evacuations to resume in eastern enclaves of the war-ravaged city.
The rally was part of a campaign organised by Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH) to dispatch humanitarian aid to stranded people of Aleppo. IHH is working with Turkish Red Crescent and Disaster Management Agency (AFAD) to build camps and deliver aid for Aleppo evacuees in Idlib.
